Our Commitment to Accuracy
Accuracy matters at AITechSpark. Every article passes editorial quality checks before it goes live, with human review on a case-by-case basis. Despite these safeguards, errors can occur — a statistic may be outdated, a company name may change, or new information may emerge that contradicts what we originally reported.
When that happens, we correct the record promptly and note that a correction has been made. We do not quietly edit articles and pretend the original version never existed. Readers deserve to know when something they read was inaccurate and exactly what has changed.
Types of Corrections
Minor Corrections
Typographical errors, spelling mistakes, broken links, and minor factual inaccuracies (such as an incorrect job title or a slightly wrong date) are corrected promptly. These do not warrant a formal correction notice unless the error was materially misleading to readers.
Significant Corrections
Corrections that materially change the meaning or accuracy of an article receive a formal correction notice. When we publish a significant correction we:
- Add a clearly visible correction note at the top of the article
- Explain specifically what was incorrect and what the accurate information is
- Date-stamp the correction so readers know exactly when it was made
- Preserve the original text with a strikethrough where this helps readers understand what changed
Retractions
In rare cases where an article is fundamentally flawed — based on false premises, fabricated sources, or information that cannot be corrected without rewriting the piece entirely — we issue a full retraction. Retracted articles are not deleted. They are marked as retracted with a full explanation of why. Deleting articles without explanation is not our practice.
How to Report an Error
If you believe something we have published is inaccurate, we want to hear from you. Please contact us with the following information:
- Email: corrections@aitechspark.com
- Subject line: "Correction Request: [Article Title]"
- Include: The article URL, the specific claim you believe is incorrect, and the source or evidence supporting your correction
We review every correction request seriously. If a correction is warranted, we publish it as quickly as possible — typically within 48 hours of confirmation.
What We Do Not Correct
Not every disagreement constitutes a factual error. We do not issue formal corrections for:
- Opinions, analysis, or editorial commentary that someone disagrees with
- Statements that were accurate at the time of publication but have since changed due to new developments
- Stylistic or editorial choices such as word selection, headline framing, or article structure
- Information that is disputed but not definitively established as incorrect
In cases where readers raise legitimate questions about our analysis or perspective, we may publish a follow-up or add a clarifying note — but these are distinct from formal corrections.
Response Time
We aim to acknowledge correction requests within 24 hours of receipt and to publish verified corrections within 48 hours of confirmation. Corrections involving legal review, complex fact-checking, or third-party verification may take longer, and we will communicate that timeline to you directly.
We take editorial accountability seriously. Correction requests are reviewed by our editorial team, not dismissed by an automated filter, and acted on according to the process above.
